- Assign an individual in your firm to be responsible for learning how to maintain and update the services which need support. We can train and educate that person in the necessary knowledge base to serve your needs.
- Purchase a support ticketing program and deal with each issue one by one as tickets are created. You can then resolve each ticket in-house or outsource the problem solving to us.
General Maintenance
Most of our clients keep an account open with us for general maintenance on the products and services they purchase. This is usually a monthly retainer with a cost based on the amount of websites, services, apps and total technology that needs to be maintained.
Maintenance needs are based on levels of debugging, the frequency of changes made to the technology or websites in question, and other factors.
